An excellent opportunity has arisen within a global technology company for a HR Director to engage on a 12 month Contract.
Role of the HR Director:
- Working with the Business Partners on their people strategies and overall business
- Working with the Sr Leadership Team in EMEA
- Management of 4 HR Managers who manage the following countries - Estonia, Spain, Germany and France
- Collaboration with other teams within the organization
Requirements of the HR Director:
- Experience working in a high level HR capacity in Germany and France are vital.
- Strong HR Management skills
- Coaching, development of team
- Up to date with market trends, developments in HR
- Ability to manage change management as the company goes through the separation
