My large public sector client is urgently seeking a HR Director to lead their human resources function.
The HR Director will be involved in the design and development of a programme of initiatives, develop clear requirements and deliver products/milestones as required.
The skills and experience required of the HR Director are as follows:
- Experience of leading large HR functions
- Ability to influence others
- Experience of developing and implementing a people strategy
- Significant experience in managing culture change the use of organisation development techniques.
We are looking for a strong HR Director who can engage with board members working in a complex environment.
