HR Data Analyst

We are hiring a Human Resources Data Analyst for an international bank based in Zurich. This is a full time position based on a long term basis.

What are we looking for?

- Experience in analysing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large Matrix organization
- Good knowledge of HR processes preferred

Soft skills:

- Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure combined with the ability to prioritize and to work independently in a small team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with senior management
- Ability to engage with quantitative experts and flair for risk methodologies and models
- Previous experience in change management working on regulatory driven projects

You will be responsible for:

- Conducting deep dive analysis and tracking program and reporting
- Managing the planning and communication
- Supporting the team manager to deliver thought-through core HR processes, preparing reports and analysis, creating documentation and training of HR Business Partners for Talent Review, Performance, Promotion, Surveys etc.
