On behalf of my Financial Services client I am looking to recruit a HR Coordinator/Adviser for a period of 4 months based in Craigforth, Stirling.

To provide an effective, efficient and professional telephone based HR advice and guidance service to Employees and Line Managers including case management support.

Skills and Knowledge required:

* Basic employment legislation
* Ability to deal with Absence, Performance, Grievance, Capability, Dignity at work and Disciplinary cases.
* Relationship Management
* Persuasiveness, Coaching and influencing skills
* Knowledge of pay & reward system, with sound numerical abilities.
* Deliver a confident, professional Customer Experience.
* Extensive experience of HR transaction/admin processes.
* Awareness and ownership of own self-development.
* Planning and Organising
* HR generalist background
* Problem Solving, analytical and Decision Making
* Sound knowledge of Peoplesoft and Uniper.
* Positive, enthusiastic and strong team player.
* Financial Services background would be advantageous

* CPP preferred
* CIPD an advantage
