HR Consultant/Programme Manager

This is a job opportunity within Government for a long term contract.

You will be required to manage the development of DIO's workforce and talent management strategies and plan alongside a newly formed Workforce Management Team.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Engaging with the Workforce Management Team and stakeholders, leading workshops to validate key workforce management processes, draft strategies and support the development of implementation plans.

The delivery of the resourcing requirement will be over a 6 month period and may require individuals to travel and work in different locations.

Ideal candidates will have deep HR process knowledge and experience, have worked in a consultancy and experienced of the public sector.
