-Support for the transfer of jobs (Belgium to Germany)
-Consulting on labor law topics
-Analysis and standardization of the company agreement
-Reporting to the HR management

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience in the automotive industry
-Profound knowledge of Belgian labor law (including company agreements)
-Good communications skills
-Very good language skills in Flemish and German
