HR CONSULTANT/HR GENERALIST/HR BUSINESS PARTNER/HRBP

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to work within a impressive financial services organisation to be based in Manchester on an interim basis. They are looking to bring in a suitable candidate for an initial 6/12 month contract with a view to extending well into 2016.

Working within an small team responsible for various business areas you will be tasked with supporting the day to day operational HR activities (such as resourcing, cost management, MI/data mining & restructures/redundancies), supporting senior stakeholders within the business as well as influencing strategy.

The successful candidate will likely have strong BAU HR generalist experience, strong experience of operational HR activities and exposure of working within financial services or regulated environments.

Experience required

- Solid experience in an HR Consultant/HRBP role
- Strong operational experience
- Balance between operational HR and Senior Stakeholder partnering
- Recruiting/resourcing
- Cost management
- Redundancy experience

Knowledge/skills required

- Analytical mind-set (MI/data mining)
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong numerical/excel skills
- Confident & driven individual
