HR Consultant - DV Cleared

REQUIRED: HR CONSULTANT - DV CLEARED
LOCATION: Central London
DURATION: 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT

You will be working within Workforce Planning to create and roll out client wide policy in line with client need/objectives

Main Deliverables:
*Secretariat to Senior Management board
*Create sourcing strategy
*Review and evolve existing policy and procedure
*Work with senior management team to get sign off on:
oNew sourcing strategy
oRecruitment and internal promotion strategy and processes
oDiversity policy
*Assist with delivering key business changes client wide

Knowledge & Experience Required:
Experience of drafting HR policy and delivery of HR policy change
Experience of the interface between commercial providers and customers in public sector organisations
Experience of HR public sector policy issues

Skills Required:
*Pragmatic approach to delivery within tight deadlines
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
*Ability to influence at Director level
*Ability to create and implement business policy/strategy

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
