An opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Change Lead to work within the Global HR Operations team within the Bank. The Business Engagement Lead will be working on the second phase of a long term, large scale HR transformation project which is seeking to drive HR delivery and cost ratios towards upper quartile industry benchmarks. This will involve platform change from Legacy to new.

The role of the Regional Change Lead will be to work with global engagement lead to develop regional and country engagement plans and to analyse, engage, and manage regional HR & business leaders and stakeholder groups to support them through the change. As well as this, they will be expected to work with senior and same level stakeholders throughout the business to ensure effective communication.

You will have experience of working on large scale HR projects previously, preferably within banking but certainly within a financial markets environment. Stakeholder engagements skills are a must, as is a history of working within a communications environment. You will have instilled cultural or personnel change within a large programme previously and will have worked on multiple work streams across varied business strands simultaneously.
