You will need to have VALID/CURRENT UK SECURITY CLEARANCE for this role. Please do not apply without it.
I am looking for four (4) experienced HR Consultants for a 3 month initial contract with the MoD. You must have had experience as an HR Manager, HR Change Manager or HR Director. You experience will be particularly of interest if you have set up Learning and Development ( L&D ) structures in Large Organisations such as Apprenticeships and learning academies.
With successful projects behind you, such as delivering Process Improvements, Commercial & Business Process change, preferably within the Public Sector, or large, complex environments, you will quickly be able to assess requirements and deliver solutions.
Successful candidates may have the potential to extend the initial 3 month contract duration.
