HR Business Systems Analyst

My client is looking for a HR Business Systems Analyst on an initial 6 month contract based in Docklands, London in the Financial, Data and Media Services Industry. Rate: GBP 400/450 per day/Ltd.
Working on an exciting project for an internationally renowned client you will carry out management and analysis of the HR roadmap. This will include analysis of tasks to be managed in house or outsourced and cost effectiveness of managing the HR services.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst

Willingness to operate out of the remit of HR in more general BA activities

Good understanding of the technology opportunities possible within their business area

Expected to have either a strong proprietary knowledge base or multiple years of previous experience in requirements analysis and authoring

Understands principles of usability and helps ensure technical and non technical solutions are fit for purpose

Understands requirements management best practice and ensures these practices are used

Proven business analyst experience with formal recognized business analysis or consultancy skills

Creative and innovative with a willingness to challenge the status quo

Ability to work with credibility at all levels of the organization

Good diplomacy, stakeholder management, marketing and communication skills

Good presentation and facilitation skills

Sound understanding of programs, projects, orchestration and services
