Our industry leading Blue Chip client have a requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their expanding business on an initial 3 month contract, with the scope for a long term assignment.
The purpose of the role will be to guide and lead some of the business' units and departments through a major organisational change and restructure.
Our client require an experienced and seasoned HR professional, who will be able to get up to speed with the business quickly, and work unsupported to deliver and lead some large change programmes within several of the organisation's departments.
Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong and current experience of undertaking HR Business Partner roles in large, Blue Chip environments
- Extensive experience of leading large/company wide Organisational Change/Restructure initiatives
- Ability to hit the ground running & work independently
- Strong planning skills
- CIPD certification
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Additionally, recent/current Financial Services experience would be highly desirable.
