ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Previous HR policy knowledge essential.
- Knowledge of the Agency and/or Civil Service would also be beneficial but not essential
REQUIRED:
- CIPD graduate level is desirable or previous relevant HR experience working within a policy environment
- Knowledge of the Agency and/or Civil Service would also be beneficial but not essential.
- Proficiency in a range of office software products to enable tracking of progress and outcomes.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
