HR Business Partner/HRBP/Human Resource

I'm currently recruiting for a Human Resource Business Partner for our client a market leading mobile/broadband telecommunications company based in Berkshire.

The ideal HRBP will have a solid background in human resources at a senior level within a large blue chip organisation (ideally IT or Telecommunications).

As a HRBP, you will Report to the Director of HR. You will be assisting and coaching senior department heads with all aspects of people management and working alongside the company directors/stakeholders to achieve improved organisational design, performance and culture.

You will have experience in:
* Leading HR and Change management projects
* Coaching department heads in performance management, talent management and resource planning
* Demonstrable experience of aligning the strategic HR plan with operations.
* Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
