HR Business Partner - Contract

Our client urgently requires a HR Business Partner, ideally with a Technology slant for a 6 month contract.

This is an urgent requirement, so ideally looking for contractors that are immediately available to start.

You will be required to lead the HR work stream of a large scale project which involves the setting up of a new part of our IT business (Technology), working closely with Leadership to propose, create and embed new HR policies, processes, culture, reward and remuneration structures.

Recruiting both internally and externally, building EVP, career paths, trajectories, role profiles etc. We are looking for someone who has worked on projects, working with multiple stakeholders, who can very quickly get up to speed, dealing with change, proposing and implementing solutions - and then able to hand it over once the new function is set up.

Strong business partnering skills are also required as this role will be the main point of contact for the business during the project.
