We have a fantastic interim opportunity for a commercially aware and project focussed HR Business Partner Consultant to join our ESCS Finance team for a 6 month contract. With a pragmatic approach to HR best practice as well as a solid generalist background, this role will work in partnership with key stakeholders and line managers providing them with the full strategic HR solutions.

Based within our London or Hove office, the focus of this role will be working with the HR Business Partner Manager to deliver a number of key ESCS Finance projects. Therefore you will need to have previous experience in being a part of and leading on certain projects within a fast paced and changing environment.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have previous HR Business Partnering experience. You must also be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the areas of change and strategic consulting, organisational development and ER/engagement. Candidates who have worked in a matrix organisation and who have had experience of working with Centres of Excellence and a Shared Service function would be at a distinct advantage. An ability to build effective business relationships, as well as coaching line managers and influencing as appropriate to ensure successful outcomes is essential, as is a proactive and service driven approach to HR.
