We are now looking to recruit a HR Business Partner (Change Management) with a solid background in human resources at a senior level within a large blue chip organisation (ideally IT or Telecommunications).
Reporting to the Director of HR you will be assisting and coaching senior department heads with all aspects of people management and working alongside the company directors to achieve improved organisational design, performance and culture.
You will have experience in:
* Change management programmes
* Coaching department heads in performance management
* Effective employee relations - including dispute resolution, communicating policy changes, advising on employment legislation.
