CIPD Qualified HR Business Partner is required for a FTSE listed Facilities Management business who are undergoing significant transformation.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for acting as Head of HR/HR Business Partner for a 5000+ workforce and acting as main Relationship Manager between the business and HR
KEY EXPERIENCE:-
Proven and demonstrable track record as a HR Generalist (HR Manager, Head of HR, HR Business Partner, HR Director etc), serving businesses with 5000+ employees
Ideally you will have experience in Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Engineering type industries
Proven track record facing off to the Board and acting as the key relationship holder betwen the business and HR
CIPD Qualified
Proven and demonstrable track record in a commercial business
Experience with change management, implementing and driving change across an organisation
Experience setting strategy, KPI's etc.
