LOCATION: BRISTOL
DURATION: 6+ Months Initially with possible extension
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- DVSA incorporates former DSA and former VOSA. DVSA is currently in a state of transition due to the merger of DSA and VOSA, the migration to shared services expected in April 2014 and the implementation of a project to review staff terms and conditions.
- A strong HRBP is needed to support the agency in these change projects as a HR subject matter expert and lead on key HR initiatives in business as usual.
- CIPD Qualification.
- Experience of government agency in terms of HR/Experience of exposure as a Senior Business Partner in a Government Organisation
- Familiar with interim assignments
- Self-sufficient, able to pick things up quickly and harmonise a fast paced HR environment
