A leading Investment Bank in Canary Wharf is looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Benefits Manager to cover a maternity leave contract in the EMEA Benefits Team commencing in June for approx. 12 months. The main focus of the role will be to deliver general employee benefits projects and day to day ad hoc employee benefits tasks.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Reviewing industry best practice and legislatives updates
-
Arranging and negotiating contracts with external employee benefit providers

Responsible for day to day management and renewal of employee benefit plans including Life Insurance, Childcare Vouchers etc

Delivery of employee benefit projects and support the flexible benefits annual enrolment programme

Preparing Firmwide Benefit communications
The candidate will have:

Strong employee benefits experience preferably within the financial services industry

Ideally CIPD qualified
-
Strong analytical and organisational skills
-
Strong project management and commercial skills
