HR BA - Business Analyst

Job Description

Play a pivotal role in supporting Nike's Global Payroll being outsourced to third party payroll providers for these 5 countries (UK, Germany, France, Spain and Portugal)

Working knowledge of AGILE is a MUST

Gather and analyze the needs of human resources (HR) end users and serve as a liaison between business managers and IT (Technology)

Execute the entire development life cycle including scope definition, functional requirements gathering and analysis

Excellent communication, written, interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to chair meetings and follow up as needed for clear requirement gathering

6-8 years or more professional level experience developing and managing human resources/payroll systems and projects or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience managing medium or large-scale complex projects or leading a project team

Outstanding analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of current technological developments/trends

Excellent oral and written communication skills required

Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and business and technical communities. Ability to marshal people and resources towards achievement of department goals

Desirable - SAP HCM knowhow
