HR ASSISTANT 50% - We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients, based in Basel, for a:
HR ASSISTANT 50%
Your role:
- Provide support to associate's requests and ensure strong collaboration with the Business
- Manage associate's personal files and HR database accurately
- Ensure HR processes and follow-up employee life cycle (onboarding, transfers and leave related tasks)
- Perform clerical duties and prepare employment contracts, amendments and work certificates
- Assist the HR team in the implementation and follow-up of HR projects
- Draft daily correspondence, reports and KPIs related to HR activities in German and English
- Act as a key contact person with local authorities and liaise with internal departments
- Ensure that all activities are in line with Environment, Health and Safety principles
Your skills:
- 3 - 5 years' experience in an HR department in an international environment
- Very good background in Swiss labor law
Your profile:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team player attitude, while working autonomously
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven
- GERMAN - FLUENT/MOTHER TONGUE
- English - fluent
