For our client in ROTKREUZ we are looking for a HR ASSISTANT for a 12-MONTH contract.
JOB TITLE: HR ASSISTANT
DURATION: 01/01/2019 TO 31/12/2019
LOCATION: ROTKREUZ
WORKLOAD: 50%
The HR Assistant performs a wide range of HR administrative tasks and generalist support to the company in both Switzerland and Austria.
Major Activities:
. Supports the Head HR with all administrative tasks related to the different HR processes, such as:
o Support in the On- and Off-boarding process (Organisation of badges, lunchchecks)
o Support in contract management (SCOTT-sheet), maintenance of Organisation Management (SAP/AUS) and follow up with HR Services
o Ensure payout of sales incentive according to timelines - provide necessary data to payroll for payout
o Payroll-reporting to FSC Fribourg: do specific data reporting acc. to requirements to FSC
o Non-standard correspondence, unpaid leave, education agreements, car loan etc.
o Organisation, coordination of Alpine Award/Gala event
o Assistance and support with staffing (limited contracts, externals)
o Testimonials
o Assist with maternity leave process, coordinate life events
o Provide support with Talent Management systems and processes (eg PMP, TMS, OTR)
o Support with compensation processes and administration (merit increase, incentives, awards)
o Managing absence, sickness, support with time management
o Maintain/process files, forms, handbooks, records and approvals and ensure compliance with all company guidelines and processes
. General administrative support to the organisation in RKZ and AT
. Is obligated to report any complaint (eg, Adverse Event or Quality complaint) within 24h from the receipt to the company Regulatory Affairs department in accordance to the valid local SOPs.
MUST HAVES:
. HR certification (eg eidg. dipl. Personalfachfrau/mann) or Bachelor in Business Administration
. German and English proficiency, French is a strong asset
. 3-5 years of experience in an international and complex HR environment
. Very experienced in MS Office, especially Excel
. Used to various IT systems
