HR ASSISTANT - HR ADMINISTRATION - HUMAN RESOURCES - CIPD - SAP - DATA

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a part time HR Assistant to join their team on an initial 12 month contract to support the HR team in the annual talent review process, performance review and end to end recruitment support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing support to the HR team to ensure SAP records are accurate and running Adhoc data reports from SAP
- HR administration including getting data from important meetings, strategic performance units and strategy review
- Responsible for note taking at ER meetings, preparing reference letters, liaising with the service centre on behalf of the HR team and being the first point of contact for all HR Admin

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience supporting HR teams in annual talent and performance reviews
- End to end recruitment support including liaising with agencies, conducting interviews and preparing employment offers
- Providing support to ensure SAP records are accurate, running data reports from SAP and collecting data from important meetings
- Experience attending Employee Relation meetings, taking notes, preparing reference letters and being the main point for HR admin
- Experience liaising with management and leadership teams
- CIPD qualified or working towards pursuing this
