HR Analytics Manager- Investment Banking

My client a leading Financial Institution is looking for HR Analytics Manager for a 6 month contract based in the City of London to sit in there investment banking division.

RATE: £400 A DAY

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Support head of team in the provision of HR Analytics services covering Investment Banking Division and support other areas as required

A significant element of the role involves dealing with ad hoc queries from senior IBD management

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and build relationships with colleagues and key clients
- Flexible and able to adjust quickly - the business is ever changing and reporting requirements constantly evolve in order to meet the demands of the business
- Willingness to learn and initiative to find new ways to deliver information and improve processes
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines - information must be accurate and timely as it has significant bearing on decision making at the highest level
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Understanding of year-end compensation processes ideally in investment banking
- Comfort with working with and analysing large volumes of data from multiple sources with accuracy and within time constraints
- Experience of working with a data warehouse HR reporting tool

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Understanding of financial services environment
- Awareness of financial services regulatory environment
- Peoplesoft usage and ability to write/edit queries
- Communication and influencing
- Experience of Oracle Business Intelligence reporting tool
