HR Analyst - Kronos and Payroll

Performs a variety of complex technical and clerical duties to support the preparation, processing and distribution of payroll, specifically audit and reporting from time keeping and payroll systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute and analyze payroll reports from timekeeping systems (SAP, Kronos)
Support multiple areas of the payroll team with timekeeping and audit reports, as necessary
Collaborate with other HR teams, including the reporting team to provide data for reports and audits
Review and perform the data entry of payroll related forms, in accordance with department, Company and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines
Work with management, appropriate process partners and/or submitters of paperwork to ensure compliance with Department, Company and Federal guidelines and to resolve issues that might prevent timely processing or result in data integrity issues
Recommend methods and procedures that optimize efficiencies and ensure data integrity
Communicate with management, appropriate process partners and/or requestors to resolve any issues that might prevent timely processing or result in data integrity issues
Ability to identify best practices and share with team to ensure improved data integrity and customer experience

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

MUST have advanced Kronos payroll/timekeeping experience (2-5 years) including WFC and WFM
MUST have advanced understanding and use of hyperfinds and other reporting queries
MUST have previous experience as a Kronos administrator and/or analyst
Experience and knowledge of HRIS Systems including SAP
Moderate to Advanced ability in MS Excel
Knowledge of HR/Payroll systems including ADP (PCPW, Vantage, etc.) experience desired
Minimum of 3 years related experience in processing multi-state payroll data for 25K or more employees
Knowledge of current HR and Payroll Regulations (I-9, FLSA, IRS)
Availability on some evenings and weekends when workload requires
