HR Analyst - Contract role

I have a HR Analyst role to work for a leading bank based in Central Milton Keynes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The individual will analyse and co-ordinate information for a legal review. This involves co-ordinating and obtaining the material, collating information, searching information, readactions, and interfacing with a variety of people.

2. The individual will produce the monthly HR dashboard, and other HR reports.

This person will report into the Head of HR and will sit in the HR office with an HR administrator, two HR Business Partners and the Head of HR.

PERSONAL SKILLS
Discrete and confidential; intermdiate/advanced excel skills (Vlookup and pivot tables essential); keen eye for detail; highly organised. If they speak Spanish they can participate in weekly international staffing calls.
