HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Lincolnshire - £18 per hour - 6 month FTC

Advantage Resourcing are recruiting a HR Advisor to join a leading organisation in Lincoln for a 6 month fixed term contract.
£18.02 per hour/37 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities;

- Provide a client facing generalist HR service to employees and managers within Availability
- Support managers on casework, investigations, capability, grievances and disciplinary hearings

Consultation with employee and TU representatives as required.
- To maintain and provide topical and accurate people metrics for use in People Meetings
- To support resource data ensuring the integrity of headcount information held in databases and excel
- Support resourcing activities as required
- Supporting all HR Project work as required eg reward, talent management, learning and development, delivering training etc.

Experience required for this role;

Ideally part CIPD qualifiedExcellent organisational skills and time management; Quality conscious, thorough attention to detail; Experience of working in pressurised environment; Excel/MS Word/Outlook skills.
