A global, blue chip company is currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to support their Shared Services team in Warrington on a contractual basis.

As an HR Advisor you will have the following responsibilities:
- Advising and guiding managers on a variety of HR topics
- Provide telephone advice, guidance and support to line managers and employees on areas such as Employee Relations, payroll and benefits
- Provide first line HR services to the HR Shared Services model and wider business
- End-to-end management of Employee Relations cases
- Give guidance on Employment Law issues
- Coaching managers on resolving a variety of HR related issues

Applicants for the role of HR Advisor must have the following demonstrable qualities:
- Previous experience of advising and guiding managers on a variety of HR topics is essential
- Working understanding of HR, Rewards, Benefits, Payroll and associated systems
- Experience of working within a high volume shared services team
- Knowledge of current employment legislation
- Experience of working in a fast-paced shared services environment
