Our client is a retail bank. This role is based in London.
To support the Head of HR in all HR activities to improve, develop and manage overall performance of the business through the implementation of the HR strategy and People Plan.
The role is required to work in our client's HR team as HR Officer - to improve the delivery of HR Services to the business - including services around: People Management, Training, Rewards and Benefits, Recruitment, and general HR Services. Responsibilities will include supporting development and talent initiatives.
You will have a background as a Human Resources generalist, and will have worked in a fast paced environment - this is providing the HR services to a high volume operations centre for the bank - so if you have experience working as HR for a Mortgage Operations Centre, Insurance Claims Processing Centre, or Call Centre - that would be beneficial. You will be confident in your HR skills, which will cover the full spectrum of HR services - including Training, staff pay and Rewards, Recruitment, and People Management.
This role is based in London and will be for an initial 6 months. This will pay between £200 and £250 per day.
