MY DUTIES:

- Provide administrative support to the Associate Specialists, Talent Acquisition, from candidate re-screening to final stage of background checks
- Manage the career inbox, by answering general queries on our recruitment processes, questions from candidates on the status of their specific application or guide them through the online application process
- Coordinate with third party vendors for assessment tools and services
- Ensure accurate electric filing of employee records in the central HR Information System, Workday.
- Provide administrative support to the Direct Appointment Review Committee and the Job Evaluations Committee.
- Ensure the successful upload, and consistency and completeness of job descriptions in Workday.
- From time to time, supports the wider HR Operational Services Team in completing other activities;

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- You worked in a high volume administration and customer service environment
- You dealt with high volume complex administrative issues within a highly regulated environment
- Demonstrated ability to complete activities where there was a high degree of attention to detail, analysis and the meeting of short deadlines
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information requiring diplomacy and tact
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Workday
- Working within an environment that has multiple stakeholders and dynamic service level agreements that receive the highest standards of customer service
- Able to influence and adapt style and uses persuasion in delivering messages
- Self-management of work activities from initiation to completion
- Customer service focused and resilient
