HR ADMINISTRATOR

We are offering a position as HR ADMINISTRATOR to a candidate with following experience:

ROLE PURPOSE

Support in HR data analysis, coordinate activities within ongoing processes

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Advanced Excel work (this will be 70% of work- Vlookup, pivot, IF)

Data checking, validation and consolidation
-

Data quality checking
-

Handling of general mailbox inquiries
-

Coordination of administrative and HR activities

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

-

Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in working with large amount of data in excel as this will be main task

Excellent attention to detail and data quality focus
-

Strong MS PowerPoint skills
-

Prior HR experience (HR Core knowledge would be good to have)

LANGUAGES

-

Fluent in Business English (written and spoken). Additional languages a plus.
