Purpose Of Role:
To provide prompt and efficient HR administration service on a day-to-day basis to the HR function and across AXA Group
Key Accountabilities:
*Provide effective general HR administrative support across AXA Group in relation to regulatory filing
*Use understanding of processes and policies to match customer needs
*Deliver accurate and relevant query resolution and advice with strong customer focus
*Providing support to other teams within HR Services to ensure department targets are met.
*Provide input to process changes as and when regulatory changes occur
Skill and Experience
*Inputting of accurate, numerical and verbal data following documented procedures
*Computer literate offering accuracy and speed encompassing good keyboard skills
*Effective communication skills
*Understands and demonstrates the need for customer ownership
