HR ADMINISTRATOR - BASED IN PICCADILLY, MANCHESTER - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

A high profile Banking client is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join the Recruitment team in the Piccadilly, Manchester offices.

The HR Administrators primary responsibility is to provide recruitment administrative support to colleagues and candidates across the EMEA region. The HR Administrator will report into the EMEA HR Resource Manager. Responsible for candidate activity through to Day One (start date) and ensuring adequate communication is delivered to the relevant HR Advisor.

Key Skills required for a HR Administrator:

*Previous Recruitment and/or HR administration experience within a large corporate/professional services environment.
*Proven experience in all MS Office products.
*Ideally working knowledge of PeopleSoft/Taleo (or any other Applicant Tracking System - HR system)
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
*Professional communication manner

Responsibilities of a HR Administrator:

*Diary Management - coordinating interviews
*Offer Administration - offer letter and pack generation for all offers, communicate offer details/starter details to relevant parties
*Taleo Administration - requisition management, ensure candidate statues are in line with integrity policies
*ON-Boarding - responsible for initiating the internal on-boarding process
*General Administration - maintenance of recruitment tracker, respond to general enquiries
