HR Administrator - London - Contract role - ASAP start date - Negotiable rates

A leading Investment Bank based in London is currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their Employee Relations division.

Key skills for a HR Administrator:

* Knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good time management skills
* Ability to manage conflicting and demanding clients and priorities
* Strong organisational skills and a strong team player

Responsibilities of a HR Administrator:

* Processing of expenses and invoices.
* Prepare letters/document packs for cases/presentations/spreadsheets.
* Maintain team administration such as vacation lists, equipment ordering and stationery.
* Manage call and resolve issues where possible from the clients
* Monitor and manage calendars.
