Our client, a Global manufacturing company is seeking a HR Administrator to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.
Major Job Responsibilities:
*Provides answers, solutions and recommendations for inquires related to HR processes/procedures using solutions provided by HR Subject Matter Experts. This includes, phone enquiries, email/web tickets, live chat, and walk-in enquiries. This includes follow-up/resolution of escalated tickets.
*Identify escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions.
*Investigate and resolve problems and provide solutions which may involve a network of resources.
*Administer/advise IT navigation of supported functions - this may include requesting access, granting access and advising clients through screen navigation.
*Perform "off-phone" tasks supporting HR related functions as directed.
*Assist in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes.
Cross-functional/Team Activities:
*Recognise, interpret and/or escalate system issues that may occur (eg, Case management, phones, knowledge management)
*Build credibility and trust with clients and HR personnel by providing value added services such as recommendations for solution building/creation, timeliness and escalation procedures.
*Participate on teams and special projects as assigned.
*Support HR Services team with production of word documents, filing, archiving and other HR related activities.
Required Skill/Experience:
*Excellent attendance record and adherence to scheduled work day is a must.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle a large volume of phone support as well as support for other media (Live Chat, web tickets) response.
*Excellent customer service skills a must.
*Knowledge of HR policies and procedures preferred.
*Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
*Good PC skills and systems aptitude.
*HR related experience desirable or customer service experience.
