Owing to expansion and restructure this large telecoms organisation, based in Reading, are looking for a proactive and flexible candidate to support the current HR team, assisting in various administrative tasks.

Duties are not limited to but will include;

- Collating on-boarding documents
- Submitting future employees for referencing checks
- Dealing with stakeholders
- Answering enquiries from both internal and external clients
- Filing

The right candidate for this role will have previous experience providing administration support to a similar fast paced team, ideally some HR admin experience however this is not essential.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills;

- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Deadline orientated
- Ability to 'get things moving'
- Organised
