MY DUTIES:

- Continuous technical quality review of the HR process data migrations regarding the specific outsourcing processes
- Independent quality review of documents and processes in the field of administration services
- Professional coordination and continuous consulting regarding the alignment between business and international HR outsourcing provider
- Harmonizing and consulting regarding the international HR processes and critical review of process deviations

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Very good technical knowledge in SAP HCM, SuccesFactors and Workforce
- Experiences with migration projects and interfaces
- English and German language skills
