HR Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Document requirements for HR interface (SAP to SAP)  
- Document reporting requirements for pensions, severances and other HR topics  
- Support process improvement and automation of HR accounting processes in S4 
- Define and support data transition / definition of migration strategy  
- Support set up of stable control environment (reduction of manual adjustments) 
- Support data take on / testing

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experiences with SAP HR interface processing topics  
- Knowledge about pensions, severances and other HR specific accounting topics 
- Accounting knowledge for IFRS and HGB including disclosure requirements  
- Fluent in German and English
