Housing Support Officer

Eden Brown are currently recruiting on behalf of a well respected Housing Association based in High Wycombe looking for a Housing Support Officer for a 3 month period.

We are looking for a candidate who can manage a team of staff responsible for supporting tenants living in sheltered housing whilst being based outside the head office.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervising Scheme Managers whilst identifying any training and development needs they may have.
Implementation of policies and procedures that improve the services to both tenant and other team members
Responsibility for all tenancy management issues including the legal process, attending court and evictions.
Form a close relationship with the Anti Social Behaviour team to resolve ASB issues quickly and appropriately
