Job Description
To be a part of and lead on Strategic Housing including housing advice and homelessness, private sector housing, allocations, performance, policy, strategy and systems.
The top 5 skills and experience would be:
1. Housing related experience
2. People management skills
3. Leadership
4. Budget management
5. Project management Particular experience of Private rented housing would be desirable but not essential.
Case law experience is not required nor is any systems experience.
