The successful candidate will have experience in delivering housing and corporate capital programmes of up to £5m. Good all round project management skills. Be able to represent the client in a professional manner. Excellent communication and motivation skills which will be used on a daily basis to manage multi-disciplinary skilled teams.
You will need a recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE 2.
