Projektbeschreibung
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the housing officers within the temporary accommodation team.
The key responsibilities of the post are as follows:
-Liaise with local authority partners to request and chase nominations for available accommodation.
-Arrange appointments and deal with customer enquiries relating to our accommodation.
-Produce accurate and well presented documents and support our communications with customers by ensuring that relevant leaflets, forms and agreements are up to date.
-Input resident and property information onto our customer database accurately and within agreed timescales.
-Provide general administrative support.
Essential Criteria:
-Experience of providing administrative services in a diverse and complex environment.
-Strong verbal and written communications skills.
-Ability to validate information, demonstrate attention to detail and experience of using a wide range of IT applications.
-Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure
