WHO ARE WE?
From a fairy tale castle to a quintessentially English manor house, Luxury Family Hotels offers affordable escapes in some of England's finest country house hotels. The Elms Hotel is a Queen Anne style manor house set in the rolling landscape of the Worcestershire countryside with rolling lawns and amazingly landscaped grounds.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Provide a confident, safe and professional night porter service to our guests
• Assist with Reception duties throughout the night
• Ensure a warm and professional welcome using the guests name at all times
• Ensure Front of House areas are kept to highest standards of maintenance and cleanliness

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION FOR OUR NIGHT PORTER VACANCY, YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
• Ideally some experience within a similar role
• Excellent interaction, face to face customer service
• Ability to make people smile, feel welcome and safe
• Reliable and trustworthy - References will be requested
• Flexibility to work hours as set by the business - Shifts include bank-holidays and weekends. Hours will be 11pm until 7.30am.
