Our client is a highly successful organisation, made up of several distinctive brands, focused within the building and plumbing merchants industry. The company employs approximately 5000 people in over 400 branches and has annual turnover in excess of £1bn.

As part of their planned growth, they will be launching an exciting new consumer brand that will ultimately change the way people buy kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

As such, they are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and creative Home Stylist to cover the Haslemere area. This is a part time role and is covering Maternity Leave.

Our client thinks your great taste could help them build this amazing new brand. Because you have probably got your home looking great, our client would like you to help their customers do the same.

You will understand our client's customers' needs, exceed their expectations and enhance their overall experience by recommending products from the range and will handle their enquiry and order from their first visit to the showroom through to completion of their order.

You do not need any sales experience, but you will need to have great taste and an eye for design and detail. Experience of working in a customer facing environment is desirable but not essential.

You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive can-do attitude and you will be extremely self-motivated. With experience of working as part of a team, you will be driven to develop your own skills and behaviours in order to consistently perform and improve.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also important and you should also be good with numbers. Due to the nature of this position, you must be flexible to work weekends and bank holidays and will possess a full UK driving licence and your own transport.
