HLTA Required for a Year 6 Class

Capita Education in Southampton are looking to recruit Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our successful team.

To be considered for the position for Higher Level Teaching Assistant you must have:
Experience of working in schools
* Have experience of working in primary education at Key Stage 2 (KS2)
* Have a passion for leading the class, with the ability to raise attainment
* Have a professional and flexible attitude
* Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of professionals

We are looking for qualified, experienced people who are able to support classes in Year 6 and KS2. You should be confident of being able to enrich the children in your care. You will be required to help pupils of all abilities and must be able to adapt your approach to the specific needs of the class and motivate and challenge the pupils.
