DURATION: 1-Year Contract

PAY RATE: $12/hr.

LOCATION: Clark Summit, PA

HOURS: M - F 8am to 5pm

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking experienced helpdesk technicians who have at least 1 year in a corporate setting.  In this role you will join a team of technician and provide remote hardware, software and application support. As a team member you will be required to have excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills.

DUTIES:

-Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves Level One problems for users of PC software and hardware, corporate network, the Internet, and new computer technology in a call center environment.
-Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone for corporate provided PC software/hardware
-Diagnosis and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and email, Internet, and network access problems
-Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements

REQUIREMENTS:

-MUST have 1+ year of experience in a Corporate Helpdesk setting
-Experience troubleshooting Windows XP and 7
-Experience troubleshooting/supporting MS Office
-Basic understanding of Network Access problems and how to resolve issues
-Great communication is a must
