One of our key clients is currently seeking a Helpdesk Team Leader to join their team for an initial 3 month contract, located in Western Sydney.
You will manage the day to day operations and lead the ongoing provision of the help desk and service support for clients across their organisation.
This role requires the successful applicant to:
- Demonstrate good management and leadership skills within a Service Desk environment
- Lead a small team of 5
- Solid background in IT support and applications within a Service Desk environment
In addition the following experience is required:
- Ability to maintain professional support in line with ITIL framework and methodology for IT
- Ability to priorities, multitask and work towards strategic business goals
- Ability to report at senior management level including budget, KPI performance and progress reporting
- Lead the planning for service level agreements (SLA) and business plans
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent customer service skills
