Helpdesk Support Specialist w/Net+

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH NET+ to join our client in Patuxent, MD, near Leonardtown, MD.

APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The position will provide onsite desktop support for a Federal Client in Patuxent Maryland.
- Will work with Microsoft computing environment, HP and Dell computing equipment
- Will work directly with customers to resolve desktop computing, peripheral, connectivity issues and/or installing additional computing services

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have prior work experience in a desk side support role,
- Must have knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment, HP and Dell computing equipment,
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Must be experienced working with an online ticket management system,
- Must be experienced working directly with customers to resolve desktop computing, peripheral, connectivity issues and/or installing additional computing services,
- Must have a NET+ Certification
