Projektbeschreibung
Involving inbound call management, level 1 troubleshooting for basic hardware, software and network issues this role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in phone support.
To be considered for this role you will have some experience supporting in a Busy call centre environment.
Ideally you will have experience in Active Directory environment, receiving inbound calls and providing timely issue management/resolution.
In addition the ideal candidate will to have:
- EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- EXPERIENCE IN WORKING TO SLA\'S
- CURRENT NSW DRIVERS LICENSE
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN AND VERBAL)
- ACCURATE TYPING ABILITIES
- ABILITY TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS
- EXPERIENCE IN MS OFFICE, WINDOWS AND ACTIVE DIRECTORY
- EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING GROUPWISE/NOVELL VERY DESIRABLE
It is also very important that you have the ability to work well within a team and follow directions and procedures.
